Yeah for this fight a pally tank on Romulo is a godsend. It's next to impossible for anyone to pull him off you due to the constant blocks/HS dmg.

Tanking both can get a bit difficult unless your team is used to working together and has assist macros set. We keep them apart mainly so that it's easy for dps to switch back and forth to ensure they both go down at same time.

You don't even need to worry about hitting on Rom. You can focus entirely on Jul and just let reactive damage piss him off.

The interrupts are big deal though. That's one of the areas where the 10-man pally run got snagged. You HAVE to interrupt her heals.

I would love to see an entire druid/rogue Kara stealth run. Now that would be a hoot!
