Minimum Stats needed for running heroics

I've looked around but i havent found a topic that mentions this but does anyone have any recomended stats for starting heroics. I am at work so i cant link my character but i am Dregrin of Argent Dawn. I'm more or less looking for a basic set of figures before I should go there.
