Indeed. Do NOT let someone OH, go full DPS on the mob with only one person healing. He grows and does more and more damage as he grows.
Why have 2 people trying to heal those 12k hits on you when with only 1 healer you'd not get more than 8k or so.

They hit slow, like others have said dps them down fast.

He's talking about the ones at the end of the instance, not the 2 giant pull before Hungerfen. I always found the 2-pull better to just DPS quickly anyway, you end up with fewer growths on the 2nd giant

I meant the last 2 pulls not a "2 mob pull"...
But yeah, I can't take a hit, my armor class is so low, around 12k-13k, I have all the pre-raid gear from the list and still get mauled, not enough stam... I have the CoT leggings with 12 stam x3 (also +40 stam) and have around 12k~13k hp buffed, still get hit for 4-5k back to back...no healer could keep me up
I pretty much am deterred away from heroics now, and I'm holy until I can get the drops off the first few bosses in kara to continue tanking with some better armor class...

Those bog lords are tough cookies. Like what other said from above, dps it down as fast as you can. One thing you can warn your healers about...there are times those bog lords can hit for like 10k in 2 hits. What I can tell is they can do a knock back attack for somewhere between 5k damage and if you don't get knocked back, they follow up with another 5k damage hit. Fun stuff though.

ah, those guys.
hrm... I think I have about what you have as gear stats go and I was able to stay up.
one time I got wtfowned but other than that I did fine.
I just made sure to have all my trinkets ready and wings going in the pull so the dps can go nuts.

You could tank those mobs pre 2.1 in just blues so it sounds like you need to bring better dps/healing, but yea they hit hard as hell.
You can help yourself by having #2 on threat stay at range and then bubble-taunt towards the end thus kitting it between you.

If you are getting spiked to death, you might ask your groupmates for help debuffing attack power. A DPS warrior throwing on Demoralizing Shout or a warlock's Curse of Weakness can make big hitters a lot less intimidating. Warriors can also use Thunderclap to further slow the incoming damage. While these aren't the highest DPS moves in their arsenals, they can make a fight a lot less stressful on the tanking/healing team.

My personal experience.
All DPS on one single target
And just overheal like crazy, burst trinkets, healthstones whatever you have to keep yourself up.
I'm not sure if this helps but I run Devotional Aura and burn AW to help burn down the first one too.
