personally im leaning toward one hand spec, but im curious to know the amount of mitigation imp devotion gives and how the new imp SoR works (add the 15% before or after coefficients).

Imp 1H spec, defenitely. +5% damage on everything is +5% aggro on everything. +15% SoR/JoR is nice, but that's +0% HS/Consecration/AS/BoSanct/RetriAura.

5/46/10 is my current build, with 1H spec being the extra 5. I may not be the best tank in the guild, but I'm pretty darned close to it, and you'd have to come up with something particularly tasty to get me to drop 1H Spec. 15% on SoR is not it.
