Yeah, with Imp Sanctity gone I switched from 0/38/23 to 0/49/12

Out of curiosity, how are you finding the new build compared to your old?
I've been 49/12 forever and was just considering a 38/23 when the patch notes came in.

It's something to get used to. I'm taking less damage than before, but keeping the aggro was a little tougher.

Pre-2.1 I knew exactly how often I need to spam my skills and which rank to spam them to keep the aggro. Right after respeccing I lost aggro a couple of times and just spammed higher ranks and more often, which made me go oom really fast. To simplify things, I just stopped running 5 man instances.

Keep in mind that there's a lot of things that got switched at the same time. Not only did I go from 0/38/23 to 0/49/12, but I also got a few gear upgrades with it (head from heroics, bracers from Karazhan, and some of my gear got boosted), and SA was fixed at the same time.

I am seriously considering going for the T4 head and chest now, for when I can get away with less mitigation, but need all the aggro I can get.

Don't forget that all your party members got gear upgrades as well, so that may be a factor to consider.
