OT Build

I will be hitting 70 tonight, and will be OT'ing Kara in about a week or 2 (getting gear crafted and getting rep up etc, so my armory isnt the greatest).
Should I go with this http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=qZxGthx0dggqzVbxz , so that I have SOCo for a little DPS (little being the keyword), or stay with typical 49/12 http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=aZVhtIx0dggqzVbx

You linked the same build twice 
but...well, you're horde so I can't comment on OTing for you...in general though Paladins do not fit well in an OT role fighting for aggro...and SoC in tank gear will probably suck, you'll want to use SoB or SoR. I'll let our BElf pallys finish, though ^_^
