post 2.1 spec
Just a different idea but I don't know how it would be without reckoning or improved judgement. Do you guys think either of those are must haves? I think one-handed spec and imp SoR make up for imp judgement but I don't know.

I respec weekly for PvP, so I try some different stuff now and then. I can tell you that you won't miss Imp Judgement very much. Reckoning I wouldn't go without though; I don't think the 15% SoR damage would come even close to the damage you'd gain from SoR procs on Reckoning attacks.

I was thinking that with stacking avoidance like i'm trying to do (trying to get some block up there too) that I will be wasting the 5 points in reckoning because of dodge/parry so much. Those were my reasons for skipping that, any others think I should keep reckoning?

I was tempted to drop Reckoning when I respecced for 2.1, but in the end I kept it. While it might not be proccing as much on a raids, it still procs a ton when I'm out soloing. Since I usually run with JoW up, and use SoR for DPS, Reckoning provides a nice bump in solo DPS when I'm out farming.
