I generally use JoW instead of JotC for the benefit of myself in 5 mans and of the casters in raids. Thus I prefer to take Precision rather than Imp JotC. Other than that you've got the cookie-cutter tanking build going on there. Not much else to say on that, it works :-)

What do you think about swapping out the points from JotC for Divine Intellect? I mean, it's only 6%, but some is better than none, right?

It depends on what you're tanking. For 5 mans it'd be helpful, for raids I really haven't found mana to be much of a problem even post-patch and would pick Precision instead.

Raid tanking isn't so much about how big of a mana pool you have as it is about how fast your mana pool is replenishing anyway.
