JotP or RoL 3/3 with SoI

I'm wondering which will provide more overall healing with SoI active. JotP 2/3, RoL 3/3 ...or JotP 3/3, RoL 2/3? (faster melee swings for more SoI procs, or 5% more WoG healing)

nvm... I must have been tired when posting this, 5% WoG would be way more...
