Relatively new Tankadin looking for help.

Hi, I'm Elbee. I'm new to the board. I recently switched from Holy Paladin to Tankadin and I'm looking for some help. I'm not exactly sure how I should set up my talents, glyphs, and rotations. I've been reading this board for awhile now and I see a lot of information. I guess what I'm looking for is something that is in plain english and spells out what I need to do. I'd want to get better at my character and I'm ready to take constructive criticism. So any help would be welcomed! Thanks in advance and please be gentle...it's my first time.

Would probably be a good place to start. Really, I'd just go take a swim in the Basic Training forum for awhile. You'll pick up everything you need to get started there.
