advice on this spec for 5/10man

hey guys im currently just gearing up atm and doing 5/10mans i was wondering what you thought of this spec and wondered
if i could get sone advice on it please.

Bosses are immune to Vindication so there's no reason to get it.

Touched by the Light is more DPS/TPS per point than Seals of the Pure so there's no reason to have 5/5 SotP and only 1/3 TbtL.

For the life of me I can't figure out why you'd go only go 2/3 HotC. Move a point from Bene there if you want PoJ that badly.

I'm not a fan of imp HoJ since even with a lower CD it's still on the GCD and therefore a very lackluster interrupt to say the least.
