Reckoning is no better than before, since SoV is still the tanking seal of choice, if you do want it, you shouldn't be maxing it out. Go for 5/5 SotP and take some utility talents.

Reckoning + SoR may still win for slow weapons, if the Righteousness glyph ends up at 30% rather than 10%. However, the tanking weapons in Ulduar so far all appear to be fast, so we're likely to stick with SoV.

However, you'll get better threat by dropping Reckoning and SotP (and a few points in Divinity) and pushing for 5/5 Conviction and 2+/3 Crusade. If you don't want to drop that many Prot talents to go that deep into Ret, then going with SotP is the second-best option, and roughly equivalent to 5/5 Conviction + 0/3 Crusade.
