Where to go now(Talent wise)....

This is my first palladin, and he was actually shelfed for a long time in favor of my rogue, until I found these forums

I am lvl 50 atm and about to ding lvl 51 and was wondering where to put my next talent points.

Should I get my points into the ret tree now to up my survivability/longevity, or fill out the protection tree first?

Also if anyone has any suggestions about how to improve my final build, I would appreciate them.

I'd say start in the Ret tree, get Benediction filled out, then go back to the prot tree, finish up 1h spec, fill out ret, and then fill out the rest of prot.

Looks like you're pretty much using a cookie-cutter build, so you're off to a good start. After reaching uncrittable/uncrushable and maintaining it, you're pretty much free to experiment with different builds.
