1/2 judgement still worth it??

Postby steadypal » Tue Oct 28, 2008 12:56 pm

with all these seal judge nerfs is 1/2 judge still worth doing let alone staying in the 9696 rotation??

used the same or just to refresh judge every 20 sec?

I've been thinking about this as well. Judgment damage is pretty bad especially if don't bother with Seals of the Pure. In a high mana environment you could sub every other judgement for a consecrate, which would mean you wouldn't need the talent point invested in it. That might cost you some flexibility in low mana situations. If you think that one talent point is going to get you a good net usage then I wouldn't worry about a 10 second judgement. However, I'm not sure what else I'd spend it on.

You could go pure ultility with 2/2 imp might and 3/3 HotC.

Still too soon to tell.

The reason for 1/2 imp judgement isnt threat itself, it's mainly to have a smooth rotation.

Right but if you are skipping it in the rotation, it'll be off CD in plenty of time.

But what would you put in its place? Even if it's nerfed, I wouldn't skip judgement. Don't forget it also reduces attack speed by 20%.

Skipping it once won't allow the debuff to drop. Consecrate, AS, exorcism etc can all be used in it's place.

i think it'll be worth it to keep at lvl 80- i'll have the extra points for SotPure- and i've already picked up a glyph of judgement.

but yeah, it keeps the rotation steady so i'm keeping it.

Seal of the Martyr still hits hard!

I think it's still handy for a smooth rotation at 75. Pre-75 it isn't much of a big deal as we really just use a priority system.

Still keeping it and using as needed. Letting it fall back now and then doesn't faze me, but it'll be there if I need to use it.

The debuff can get resisted. I would rather judge twice in those 20 seconds, to make sure it stays on.
If it is weak, kill it before it gets stronger. If it is strong, weaken it.

Specced out of 1/2 Imp. Judgement as of 3.0.3, and sinceI'll be ret when leveling, will just spec it back in at 80.
