Combat Expertise Discrepancy?

Anyone else notice that on the wow website, via their talent calculators combat expertise is 5 talent points now? However on any 3rd party website (such as wowhead) it is only 3. Does anyone know which one is correct?

Trying to mess with my talent build before the server comes live.

In PTR was 3 points, so that will be the correct option. Also, in blizzard's website point 4/5 and 5/5 don't have any description...

Blizzard talent calculator is pretty much the last source you wanna use since they do not regularly update it the way that mmo champion, wowhead and others do.

Combat expertise is 3 points for 2/4/6 expertise and 2/4/6% stam and crit.
