I was making this list for my own personal use to get ready to test Naxx (seeing that the character copies are in full PvP gear. ) and figured it might be helpful to others. I'm shooting to have this gear set, although if Naxx opens in this build, I'll probably be skipping on a few just to get in.

I'm really hoping the tempered titansteel items become a set similar to tailoring 3pc sets in BC. The logistics may be different since in the tailoring case you had to specialize in a craft, but theoretically they could do the same with BS if they introduce tanking, dps, and spellpower specializations.

I'm guessing we would have heard of this from the beta testers by now if it was indeed being implemented. Does anyone recall when the tailoring specs were discovered?

You can identify loot by itemlevel. For example, http://wotlk.wowhead.com/?item=37135 is ilvl200, which is heroic. So far only Nexus is open I guess.

There are new rare(blue) googles that engineers can make, but the temepered titansteel is better and a billion times easier to get made.

It was buyable on the beta for about 10 days and then the vendor was de-activated.

Unless new tanking goggles are released, it might further force me to decide if I want to focus more no Ret or Prot then.

It might come down to what BoP 2 handers are offered for BS, and what else is easily obtainable. Shield for BS will be big as well.

....maybe if I drop enchanting once I hit 80, and I can make a deathknight into a mining-bot, or something.

Good to know. As for the Saronite shield, I was going with level 80 shields only.
