Tank Stats -What am I aiming for?

Ive did alot of looking around and have talked to alot of people in game about what exactly are my goals as far as individual stats?

I was wondering if anyone can give me a complete list of numbers I would be aiming for to be considered a RAIDING tank.

Here is the list of Stats that I wish to know the Min Value and the Perferred Value for.

It's not necessarily that easy to read the values from that list, but that's more detail than you're likely to get from any other source right now.

Summarizing those stats in the order you requested:
Armor Total? Around 39-40k

-What should be my Dodge Percent?
-What should be my Parry Percent? Dodge plus parry around 25%

-What should be my Block Percent? Around 48-50%, giving a total avoidance+block around 78-80%

-What should be my Stamina Number? Around 9400, which will yield health around 170k

-What should be my Mastery Number? See block percent above
-What should be my Expertise Number? Min is fine. Nothing more should be required. Theck's set has 16.
-What should be my Hit Percent? Min is 0%. Nothing more should be required. Theck's set has 2.7%.

Would this be buffed or unbuffed? I am sorry if the information is obvious, but I have been unable to find it.
The reason I am asking is that I think I am in the ready-to-raid gear level (only got two ilvl 333 items left), but I am rather far from these numbers when looking at my character. With sta trinkets equipped I am missing ~7% avoidance, while I am missing about 20k hp with avoidance trinkets.

How did he get 175K hp with all the avoidance mastery stats? I have literally reforged everything correctly to mastery and even micro reforged all excessive parry to dodge. Gemmed the recommended gems..(e.g. (blue slots, +60 stam), (yellow slots, +40 mastery), (red slots, parry/stam) All enchants are dodge, mastery, like I am supposed to. How the hell are you getting 175K HP? I even have the recommended Head chants minus the top tier shoulder chant, and I also have the 145 stam and 55 agi leg chants.

Do you have the figures unbuffed?

170k might be overkill for "ready to raid" buffed health. The best information is first hand, and I'm personally not yet "ready to raid". That said, earlier predictions of 115k unbuffed for a new 85 and 130k unbuffed for "ready for heroics" have been pretty well spot on.

Buffs give maybe 10k health and around 3-4% avoidance (primarily from the Kings effect on agility and strength). So if you total health is 170k and avoidance+block is 78-80% buffed, you'd be looking for 160k health and 75-76% avoidance unbuffed.

Clearly those are simultaneously available because the set that Theck uses achieves that. Now, whether those two are necessary simultaneously is a different question. If you can trinket swap to get either/or then you may very well be fine to raid. We'll see.

"gear" is the contribution from gear, "player" should be the net player stats in the absence of all raid buffs. These are for the pre-raid set (i.e. the one with mostly 346 gear).

i think 10k is a little low for a hitponts estimate. I see around a 20-25k increase in raid - unbuffed ~165k, raid buffed ~190k

That sounds about right. In the set above, raid buffs bump you up from 152k to 175k.

+Kings, Food, Flask: 165,169 HP, 12.4% dodge, 10.5% parry, 48.5% block

Ok, that is a little better fully raid buffed I am at 167K - 169K Hp with an overall something around 83%+ total of the hit table cap of 104.2%.

Edit: note this is without a flask.

Peeew, I was working up a sweat there. Being buffed numbers is much closer to what I am seeing...I will now happily escort my guild to Blacwing descent

I know I'm not in uber gear but I'm at 136k totally unbuffed but, totally buffed I don't remember getting to close to 160k. I know my gemming isn't super optimal because I was having threat problems so I gem for a little of that. I'll be switching that soon and the belt buckle is in the mail.

Also had to take a detour into make a raid ready Healing set. Looking at it all though thats a 16k difference and I didn't think I was that far off to raiding requirements.

Yeah, I underestimated the raid bonuses as I don't have that varied of a mix of classes I group with.
